Sales Collection Report
Lists each sale with its products and the collections received for it, including payment method and card, check or e-wallet references.

What it's for
Use it to match card terminal settlements and e-wallet reports with your sales: filter by Payment Method, Card No., Merchant No., Batch No. or Approval No.. It also shows card surcharges (Charge Amount).
The bank's card settlement for 3 June is 2,000.00 short. The accountant filters Payment Method Credit Card and the date: one sale of 2,000.00 has Approval No. 004512 that isn't on the settlement, so she raises it with the bank.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:
Created For, Transaction Date and Time, Trans. Date, Collection, Product Name, Product Brand, Category Tag, Payment Method, Payment Type, Card No., Merchant No., Batch No., Approval No..
Columns

| Created For | The branch the transaction is for (whose stock or money it affects). |
| Transaction Date | The transaction's date. |
| Sheet Number | The transaction's sheet number; click it to open the transaction. |
| Invoice No. | The sale's invoice number. |
| Sales Created By | Who created the sale. |
| Product Name | The product name. |
| Serial Number | Serial numbers sold on the line. |
| Amount | Line amount: quantity × price. |
| Payment Method | How the amount was paid. |
| Type | The payment type. |
| Paid Amount | Amount paid with this payment. |
| Actual Amount | Amount applied to the sale. |
| Charge Amount | Surcharge for the payment method (for example a card fee). |
| Charge Based On | How the surcharge is computed. |
| Customer Name | Name on the card or payment. |
| Card No. | Card number. |
| Merchant No. | Card terminal merchant number. |
| Batch No. | Card settlement batch number. |
| Approval No. | Card approval code. |
| Collection Remarks | Remarks on the collection. |
