Warning Reports

Products that need attention: low stock, slow sellers and expiring batches.

Click a report to see what it's for, an example, its filters and what each column means.

Report	Use it to
Product Inventory Warning	Lists the products whose stock in a location is below their minimum (or above their maximum), with what is already ordered or promised, and lets you create a purchase order or stock request for them straight from the list.
Delivery Sales Warning	For stock a branch received from other branches, shows how much has already been sold and what percentage is left, so fast-selling deliveries can be topped up with a new stock request.
Product Batch and Expiration Tracking Report	Lists the batches in stock with their expiry date, available quantity and value, so you can act on batches that expire soon.
