POS Audit Trail

Shows the activity logs sent by each POS terminal, per branch, location and terminal, with a log viewer and export.

What it's for​

Use it to investigate what happened on a terminal at a given time, for example when a cashier reports a problem. Choose the Branch, Location and Terminal, then open the log with POS Log Viewer or export it (Export to Excel, Export Detail to Excel).

Example

A cashier says terminal 2 froze at 3 pm on 8 August. The supervisor opens that day's log for terminal 2 and sends it to IT support.

Filters​

Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:

Date.

Columns​
