Lists every product line of every POS receipt: the receipt details plus product, quantity, prices, discounts, cost and profit.

What it's for

Use it for detailed analysis and exports of POS sales, for example sales of one product at one terminal, all sales of a brand to members, or returns only (Show List By: sales, returns or both). The footer shows totals, cost, moving average profit and the average transaction value.

Example

Marketing filters Product Brand Nestlé and Is Member Yes for October to measure a member promotion: 1,320 lines, 186,400.00, with a Net Average Transaction Value of 412.00.

Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:

Branch, Trans. Date, Terminal No., OR Number, Transaction Number, Remarks, Voided, Void Date/Time, Show List By, Customer Type, Customer, Walk-in Customer, Salesman, Cashier, Created Date, Is Member, Member, Senior Number, Senior Name, PNST Number, PNST Name, PWD Number, PWD Name, Solo Parent Number, Solo Parent Name, POS Promo Name, EWT Name, Is Non Vat, Is Wholesale, VAT, Product Barcode, Product Name, S.N., Product Brand, Category Tag, Category, Product Supplier, Status, Product Tag, Detail Remarks, Customer Address, Customer TIN.

Columns

Column	What it shows
Created For	The branch the transaction is for (whose stock or money it affects).
For Location	The branch location whose stock the transaction affects.
Transaction Date	The transaction's date.
Terminal No.	The POS terminal number.
OR Number	The official receipt number.
Transaction Number	The POS's own transaction number.
Cashier	The cashier who rang up the sale.
Customer Type	Walk-in or regular customer.
Customer	The customer.
Customer Address	The customer's address.
Customer TIN	The customer's tax identification number.
Total Gross Amount	The receipt's total before discounts.
Total Discount Amount	Discounts on the receipt.
Total Net Amount	The receipt's total after discounts.
Remarks	The transaction's remarks.
Salesman	The salesman on the transaction.
Member	The POS member (loyalty card holder).
Senior Number	ID number of the senior citizen who got the discount.
Senior Name	Name of the senior citizen who got the discount.
PNST Number	ID number of the national athlete or coach who got the discount.
PNST Name	Name of the national athlete or coach who got the discount.
PWD Number	ID number of the person with disability who got the discount.
PWD Name	Name of the person with disability who got the discount.
Solo Parent Number	ID number of the solo parent who got the discount.
Solo Parent Name	Name of the solo parent who got the discount.
POS Promo Name	The POS promotion applied.
EWT Name	Expanded withholding tax applied.
Is Non Vat	Whether the sale was VAT-exempt.
Is Wholesale	Whether wholesale prices were used.
Voided	Whether the POS transaction was voided.
Void Date/Time	When the POS transaction was voided.
Product Name	The product name.
Product Description	The product's description.
S.N.	Serial numbers or batch on the line.
Batch	The batch on the line (batch products).
Status	The product's status: Active, Inactive or Discontinued.
Product Tag	The product's tags.
Qty	Quantity on the line.
Unit Specs	The unit used on the line and how many default units it holds.
Total Qty	Total quantity, in default units.
Discount 1	First discount on the line, in %.
Discount 2	Second discount on the line, in %, applied after the first.
Discount 3	Third discount on the line, in %.
Discount 4	Fourth discount on the line, in %.
Cost	The product's purchase price (cost) in the branch.
MA Cost	Moving average cost: the average cost of the stock on hand, updated with each incoming transaction.
Total Profit	Total amount minus total cost.
Total Profit Percentage	Total profit as a percentage of the total amount.
Detail Remarks	The remarks on the product line.
