Product Pricing Reasonability Report
Lists the products whose retail or wholesale price is lower than their cost, so you can correct prices before selling at a loss.

What it's for
Run it after receiving goods at a higher cost or after a price update. Choose in Check Based On which cost to compare with: Purchase Price (the branch's purchase price on the product), Latest Purchase Price (the last price paid to the default supplier) or MA Cost (moving average cost).
After a supplier raised prices, the pricing officer runs the report with Check Based On Latest Purchase Price. Evaporated Milk 370 ml now costs 34.00 but still sells at 33.50 retail. She updates the retail price to 39.00.
Options on the screen
- Check Based On: Purchase Price, Latest Purchase Price or MA Cost: a product is listed when its retail or wholesale price is below this cost.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:
Branch, Barcode, Stock No., Product Name, Chinese Name, Brand, Category Tag, Category, Default Supplier, Supplier, Inventory Status.
Columns

| Branch | The branch whose prices are checked. |
| For Location | The branch location whose stock the transaction affects. |
| Product Name | The product name. |
| Parent Category | The category one level above the product's category. |
| Supplier | The product's default supplier. |
| Purchase Price | The product's purchase price in the branch (Price tab). |
| Latest Purchase Price | The last price paid to the product's default supplier. |
| MA Cost | Moving average cost: the average cost of the stock on hand, updated with each incoming transaction. |
| Wholesale Price | The product's current wholesale price. |
| Retail Price | The product's current retail price. |
| Inventory | Current stock, in the product's default unit. |
