Product Branch Inventory Report
Shows each product's stock in several branches side by side, with the reserved, available, requested and projected quantities of each branch.

What it's for
Use it before moving stock between branches: you see at a glance which branch has too much and which has too little, including what is already promised to customers or on its way.
The buyer picks three branches in Branches and searches for Cooking Oil 1 L. Branch A shows Inventory 240 with Reserved Qty 20; branch B shows 12 with Requested Qty 0. She creates a stock request so A sends 60 bottles to B, instead of ordering more from the supplier.
Options on the screen
- Branches: the branches to show side by side. Then click SEARCH.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:
Stock No., Unit Barcode, Name, Chinese Name, Status, Default Supplier, Supplier, Category Tag, Category, Brand, Date Created, Last Modified, Group Type, Inventory Status.
Columns
| Column | What it shows |

| Product | The product name. |
| Supplier | The product's default supplier. |
| Parent Category | The category one level above the product's category. |
| Inventory | For each selected branch: its current stock. |
| Reserved Qty | Quantity on approved outgoing orders not yet shipped (sales, purchase returns, damages, stock deliveries, stock returns). |
| Avail. Inv | Inventory minus Reserved Qty. |
| Requested Qty | Quantity on approved incoming orders not yet received (purchase orders, sales returns, stock requests). |
| Projected Inventory | Available inventory plus Requested Qty: stock once everything pending is done. |
| Total | The figures of all selected branches added up. |
| Cost | The product's purchase price (cost) in the branch. |
| Wholesale | The product's wholesale price in the branch. |
| Retail | The product's retail price in the branch. |
Also shows: Barcode, Stock No., Chinese Name, Category.
Good to know
Each selected branch adds five columns (Inventory, Reserved Qty, Avail. Inv, Requested Qty, Projected Inventory), so choose only the branches you need.
