User Login Audit Trail

Lists every sign-in attempt to the web system: user, branch, time, IP address and location, browser, and whether it succeeded.

What it's for​

Use it to check who signed in and from where, and to investigate failed attempts or signs of shared or stolen passwords.

Example

User cashier02 has 5 failed attempts at 02:10 from an IP in another country. The administrator changes the password and checks the account's permissions.

Filters​

Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:

Branch, User, Timestamp.

Columns​

ColumnWhat it shows
IP AddressThe computer's IP address.
Country - Region/CityCountry and city of the IP address.
Current RetriesFailed attempts so far.
Allowable TriesFailed attempts allowed before the account is locked.
SuccessWhether the sign-in succeeded.
User-AgentThe browser and device used.
RemarksThe transaction's remarks.

Also shows: User, Branch, Timestamp.
