Prevent product inventory to be negative after outbound transactions

Choices: Yes / No

For this branch's damage outbound, purchase return outbound, sales outbound, stock delivery outbound and stock return outbound:

• Yes: a transaction can't be saved or approved if it would take a product's stock in that location below zero; CIRMS lists the products that don't have enough stock.
• No: stock may go negative.
