Product Batch and Expiration Tracking Report
Lists the batches in stock with their expiry date, available quantity and value, so you can act on batches that expire soon.

What it's for
Use it weekly for products managed by Batch: set Expiring In (for example 60 days) to list the batches that expire within that time, then sell them first, move them to a busier branch, or return them to the supplier.
With Expiring In 60 days, the pharmacist sees batch L2402 of Amoxicillin 500 mg, 30 boxes, expiring in 45 days, worth 4,500.00 at cost. She puts it on a promotion.
Options on the screen
- Expiring In: list batches that expire within this many days.
- At the bottom: Total Available Qty, Total Cost, Total Wholesale and Total Retail.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:
Branch, Location, Stock No., Barcode, Name, Description, Batch Name, Batch Remarks, Supplier, Manufacturing Date, Admission Date, Manufacturer Warranty Start, Manufacturer Warranty End, Remarks, Purchase Inbound Sheet No., Purchase Inbound Date, Category Tag.
Columns

| Purchase Inbound Date | When the batch was received. |
| Purchase Inbound Sheet No. | The purchase inbound that received the batch. |
| Order Qty | Quantity of the batch received. |
| Available Qty | Quantity of the batch still in stock. |
| Cost Price | The product's cost. |
| Wholesale Price | The product's current wholesale price. |
| Retail Price | The product's current retail price. |
| Amount (Cost) | Available Qty × Cost Price. |
| Amount (Wholesale) | Available Qty × Wholesale Price. |
| Amount (Retail) | Available Qty × Retail Price. |
