Product Linking Management

Each product on your online store must be linked to the matching CIRMS product, so that orders, stock and prices line up. This screen lists the platform products and the CIRMS product each one is linked to.

How to link products

Required permission

E-Commerce › E-Commerce Product Linking Management › Link Product and E-Commerce › E-Commerce Product Linking Management › Sync

1. Open E-Commerce › Product Linking Management, choose the Platform and E-Commerce API (store), and click Search.
2. Click Sync to fetch the latest product list from the platform.
3. For each platform product (Platform Product Name, Platform Product SKU), choose the matching CIRMS product. Its Product Name, Product Stock No. and Product Barcode are shown.

Linking many products at once: use Import Excel. Download the Excel Template with Contents (it's pre-filled with your platform products), add the CIRMS product for each row, then import it.

Example

Your Shopee shop sells Wireless Mouse in two colours, listed as one product with two variations. Link the Black variation to the CIRMS product Wireless Mouse – Black and the White one to Wireless Mouse – White. From then on, Shopee orders for each colour take stock from the right CIRMS product, and each product's online stock follows its CIRMS stock.
