Product Linking Errors

This list shows online order lines that couldn't be matched to a CIRMS product. Until they're fixed, those orders can't be imported into sales.

How to fix a linking error​

Required permission
E-Commerce › E-Commerce Product Linking Errors › Update
  1. Open E-Commerce › Product Linking Errors and filter by Branch, Location or Platform.
  2. For each row, check the Platform SKU, Platform Product Name and Platform Reference ID.
  3. Choose the correct CIRMS product in CIRMS Product, or link the product in Product Linking Management.
  4. Go back to the Order List and import the order again.

Example​

A new listing USB-C Cable 2 m was added on Lazada but never linked, so its first order shows here. Open Product Linking Management, link the listing to the CIRMS product, and import the order again.
