Product Inventory Warning

Where: Settings › Generic Settings › Reports › Product Inventory Warning

During creation of Purchase Order and Stock Request, Suggested Qty value will base on the following formula​

Choices: Max Qty - Projected Inventory / Max Qty - Actual Inventory

When you create a purchase order or stock request from the product inventory warning report, the suggested quantity is:

  • Max Qty - Projected Inventory (counts stock already ordered or requested), or
  • Max Qty - Actual Inventory (stock on hand only).

Affects: Reports, Product Inventory Warning

During creation of Purchase Order and Stock Request, apply Rounding Off to the nearest ones in Suggested Qty value (If value has decimal)​

Choices: No / Round off (if the target digit is less than 5, round down and if the target digit is 5 or more than 5, round up) / Round Up / Round Down

If the suggested quantity above has decimals: leave it (No), round off (below .5 down, otherwise up), always round up, or always round down to a whole number.
